Unresolved conflicts are poisonous for the working atmosphere and work productivity. However, most conflicts can at least be defused, if not eliminated, with the help of a conflict discussion and appreciative communication. Participants learn how to prepare and effectively conduct conflict discussions. And how to ensure that the agreements reached are ultimately adhered to.
